Cutting Vinyl With Cricut Expression?

I want to try cutting vinyl with my cricut expression but i am not sure what speed, pressure, and blade setting to use. The blade i have is the one that came with the cricut when i bought it. Any help would be great! Also if anyone knows any tips or tricks i can use i would love to hear them! Thanks so much!
